Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:General:
● Must be 18 years of age● Behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.●I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.● The terms here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.● All artwork is transferred digitally.● Commissions will be taken from Ko-fi

Things I Will and Will Not Draw

Payment:
● Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD. I require full payment before starting a commission.Client Obligations
● Respond in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.● Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.● Maintain professional, respectful manner throughout the commission processDeadlines:
● Depending on how busy I am in real life, the turnaround time should take no longer than 1-2 weeks. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.Revision:
● There will be a initial sketch of the commission sent for any major edits!● A limited amount of 3 minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.● Once the commissions is complete there will be no edits.Usage Policy:
● My artwork is for personal use only.● You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way.● My work is not to be used for any AI datasets or for AI tools.● You may not claim my work as your own.● No commercial use of my artwork is allowed.● I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!Refunds:
● No refunds or cancellations allowed once the commission has been started, so make sure you're 100% sure before commissioning me!Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!
